Construction
Built for practice owners.
We build medical, dental, and veterinary space almost exclusively
Why practices come to us
Every job is an audition for the next one.
Practice owners do not usually go looking for a contractor. They ask their broker, their architect, or their lender, and they call the name they get. Nearly all of our work arrives that way, which is a good reason to take fewer projects and finish each one well.
Because we underwrite our own projects, we look at cost the way your lender will, and we can usually give you a number from a floor plan, before construction drawings are done.

What we build
Tenant buildouts
Interior buildouts for practice owners taking space in an existing building. We coordinate with the landlord, manage permitting, and deliver a finished, operational suite.
Ground-up facilities
New construction for medical, dental, and veterinary practices, from permit set through certificate of occupancy.
Renovation and expansion
Existing practices that need to grow, reconfigure, or upgrade — including work phased around an operating practice.
By practice type: Dental offices · Medical offices · Veterinary clinics
How we work
Negotiated contracts. Defined scopes.
01
Preconstruction
We can price from a floor plan and a location, then refine the estimate as drawings develop. If the project is going to cost more than you have budgeted, you will hear it from us before you sign the lease, or before your due diligence period ends if you are buying.
02
Permitting
We prepare and manage the permit application, and when plan review comments come back, we work with your architect to resolve them and get the permit issued.
03
Construction
You are opening a practice, not managing a construction project. We run the schedule, hold the subs to it, and coordinate with the vendors who are not ours (equipment, IT, signage, furniture, etc) so nobody shows up to a space that is not ready.
04
Closeout
The job is not finished until you have your certificate of occupancy, the punch list is clear, and the space is ready for your equipment.
Where we work
Central Florida.
Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Volusia, and Brevard counties.
Tell us about your project.
We take a limited number of construction projects each year. If you are planning a buildout, a renovation, or a new facility, we would rather hear from you early — before the drawings are finished is usually the most useful time.
